At Achieve Therapy, you will work alongside physical therapists and other clinical professionals to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized therapeutic care. Qualifications Current Massage Therapist license in Minnesota and/or North Dakota. Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care. Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development. Experience with myofascial release preferred. Experience in a clinical, medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation setting preferred. Interest in working with patients who have chronic pain, neurological conditions, mobility concerns, or age-related functional limitations preferred. Additional training in myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, lymphatic techniques, craniosacral therapy, or related therapeutic approaches preferred. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services with an emphasis on myofascial release and soft tissue mobility. Work with patients experiencing pain, stiffness, limited mobility, postural issues, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, and chronic tension. Collaborate with physical therapists and other clinical team members to support patient goals and treatment plans. Follow care recommendations and communicate patient responses to treatment with the clinical team. Educate patients on body awareness, relaxation strategies, self-care, stretching, and mobility support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided. Create a safe, professional, and supportive treatment environment. Build trusting relationships that help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Contribute to the development and growth of the massage therapy service within the practice. Uphold Achieve Therapy’s standards for compassionate, ethical, and individualized care. Skills Expertise in myofascial release and therapeutic bodywork techniques. Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and soft tissue function. Excellent hands-on assessment and treatment skills. Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical team members. Compassionate listening and relationship-building skills.
