As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service with a smile.
• Taking and preparing customer orders with care and attention to detail.
• Operating the register/POS system efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing coffee and specialty drinks to perfection.
• Packaging bakery items for customers to enjoy.
• Restocking and maintaining displays to keep them looking great.
• Keeping the retail area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Following all food safety and company procedures to ensure quality and safety.

We’re searching for someone who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our team. Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• A reliable and professional approach to work.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with customers and providing top-notch service.
• Availability to work weekends.
