Job Description
The Papa Murphy's Store Manager oversees daily operations in a store team environment of 6 to 15 employees. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager holds authority for operational and staffing decisions and occasionally may need to travel to other locations to support business needs.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead store staff effectively
Control inventory levels and ordering processes
Deliver exceptional customer service standards
Monitor sales performance and meet targets
Schedule shifts and manage employee time
Train new and existing employees
Maintain quality assurance and food handling standards
Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement marketing initiatives to boost sales

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of retail management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Proven team leadership ability
Experience with inventory management
Cash handling proficiency
Scheduling and time management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
