The Judson Palmer Home is a non-profit women's assisted living community. Since 1950 we have provided excellent AL care to senior women in financial need. With a census of only 16 residents at any time we are uniquely qualified to provide in-depth and quality care to the residents of our facility.

 

Our community is looking to hire qualified LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts on both days (7A-7P) and nights (7P-7A).

 

Performance requirements for LPNs at our facility include but are not limited to:

• Providing resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse and medical director
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate records via charting
• Supporting residents with daily living activities and providing emotional support as needed

 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

 

• Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
• LPN experience in assisted living, geriatrics, or long-term care settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to work well with a variety of personalities and temperaments
• Empathy and compassion for the residents in one's care
