Position Overview
100% center-based BCBA position Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with therapy professionals and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and caseload management Manage an approximately 8-client caseload Utilize Central Reach software platform
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Call No Weekends
Compensation & Benefits
