Compensation Senior/Manager

Position Title: Senior / Manager, Compensation Function: Human Resources Overview We are seeking a Compensation Senior/Manager to support the design, execution, and administration of competitive compensation programs across a global organization. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive data-informed pay decisions that align with business strategy and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities Support compensation strategy, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive design. Lead annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, including modeling, analysis, and reporting. Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation expense analysis. Develop executive-ready reporting and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. Maintain data integrity within compensation systems and improve processes through technology and automation. Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and pay decisions; respond to compensation-related inquiries with discretion. Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally across HR and business teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus. 5–10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Finance, or an analytics-driven HR function. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Experience supporting incentive programs and compensation planning cycles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred.
