Bilingual - Assistant Community Manager

Bilingual Assistant Property Manager (English/Spanish) We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. This position assists the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, financial reporting, and overall property operations. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Minimum 2 years of property management, leasing, customer service, or related experience Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with rent collections, resident relations, and leasing preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management Yardi software Responsibilities Assist current and prospective residents in English and Spanish Conduct apartment tours and process lease agreements Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accountsMaintain resident files and accurate records Assist with financial reporting, deposits, and account reconciliations Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Support the Property Manager in daily community operations Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Company Bonus Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Consolidated Asset Management
