We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Associate to join our team part time. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding new employees, and administering company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process to include job postings, phone screens and coordinating interviews
Onboard new employees
Assist in performance management tasks
Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position
In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
