Quality System Management Representative

With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an experienced Quality System Management Representative to join our team.

Quality System Management Representative Job Description:

• Coordinate all quality system audits.
• Maintain all quality related documentation to ensure that copies of controlled documents are distributed and all revisions are current. (Internal procedures, quality manuals etc.)
• Perform internal audits to ensure the quality system is working as planned
• Participate in all AQP processes.
• Follow up on internal audits and NCR's until closed.
• Work on special projects assigned by the Department Manager.
• Responsibilities will also include checking customer e-based quality system for changes.
• Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits.
• Manage training database (i.e training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue training, etc.)

Quality System Management Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to think analytically and independently and remain very organized
• Ability to work effectively on their own as well as with others at all levels of the organization
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Quality System Management Representative Minimum Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience a plus
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
• Experience related to Manufacturing
• Ability to follow established procedures
• Lead Auditor Certification
• High level organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in reading and writing skills and the English language
• Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
• Must be process oriented and team player.
• Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
• Familiar with online communication platforms

• Wages commensurate with experience.
• Base wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment.
