AI Software Engineer

• AI/ML deployment experience, including agent deployment LLM integration , and RAG patterns
• Azure AI/ML deployment knowledge and cloud-based production implementation
• Strong cloud architecture fundamentals, including containerization and DevSecOps practices
• API integration, observability , and production readiness for AI applications
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java

• Experience with AI application frameworks (e.g., LangChain LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles (fairness, bias mitigation, explainability)
• Healthcare industry experience and/or knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
• Proficiency with semi-structured file formats and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and implementing scalable MLOps pipelines for structured/unstructured data

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience with demonstrated delivery of AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

• Ability to collaborate effectively on a cross-functional product team and contribute across discovery-to-delivery cycles
• Positive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on balancing viability, value, feasibility, and usability
