As an Evening In-Home Caregiver with Experience Professional Care Solutions , you are the warm, reassuring presence that helps our clients wind down with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. Your work allows clients to stay safe in the place they call home while reassuring families that their loved one is in caring hands.

We are a nurse-led, veteran-owned team serving our neighbors across Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston . With evening care in highest demand across our community, we are actively looking for dependable, warm-hearted caregivers to join our dedicated team.

Available Shift Block

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs:

• Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  

How You’ll Make a Difference

Every client is unique, but your core evening moments will include:

• Restful Evening Routines: Assisting clients as they prepare for a calm, restful night.

• Personal Care with Heart: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and evening hygiene with dignity and respect.

• Safe Mobility: Helping with movement, positioning, and safe transfers around the home.

• Nourishment: Preparing light evening meals and supporting nutrition.

• Meaningful Connection: Providing warm companionship and engaging in friendly, uplifting conversation.

• Attentive Care: Observing and reporting changes in condition, keeping accurate visit documentation, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols.
  

Growth Opportunities: Every new team member starts as a Care Provider , with clear, supported pathways to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead as you build your skills and experience!

No formal caregiving experience? No problem! Whether you’ve worked in healthcare, cared for a family member, served in the military, worked in education or customer service, or are just starting, we welcome you. We provide paid orientation, continuous skill development, guided learning, and constant support from experienced leaders who care about your growth.

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
  

Pay & Benefits

Base Pay

• $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
  

Shift Differential

An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for:

• Weekend shifts (Premium pay may also apply for select last-minute coverage needs.)
