Job Title Occupational Therapist Location Marion, Kansas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Outpatient, Inpatient, and Home Health Settings Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide patient and family education related to therapeutic activities and home programs
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Kansas
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Ability to work across multiple care settings including outpatient, inpatient, and home health
- Prior experience in a multi-setting or rural healthcare environment
- Experience with home health evaluations and treatment delivery
