Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) Now Hiring – Full-Time DSPs Must be Certified in Medication Administration or have completed CORE A & B We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands‑on support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, grooming, mobility) Support community involvement and transportation Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Plans Assist with medication administration as trained Maintain a safe, clean living environment Complete documentation and report incidents accurately and on time Requirements: Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED CPR certified (or willing to obtain) Reliable, insured vehicle Clean background (criminal, OIG, aide registry) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Strong communication and documentation skills Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Work Environment: Community-Based Apply today to start a meaningful career helping others live their best lives.
