Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Strategies: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques that facilitate continued progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
