We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role supports the sales team, helps maintain strong customer relationships, and contributes to an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator with a strong commitment to sales support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order entry and follow-up.
· Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email.
· Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Support account-management activities, including order processing and responding to customer inquiries.
· Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks with close attention to detail. Qualifications · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Ability to understand client needs and respond with professionalism.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Employment Type: Full-time
