RN LTC Position

Job Title: RN LTC Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting Description: Provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder's assessment, choices, and care plan. Works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day-to-day functions. The facility has a total of 160 beds. Resident to Nurse ratios will be discussed during the interview. May be required to work night shift (2245 - 0645) at times. 40 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation required.
