# Registered Nurse - CVICUApply: Saint Luke's Hospital | 4401 Wornall Rd | Kansas City | MO: Full time: Posted Yesterday: JobReq0059430# **Job Description****The Opportunity:**We are hiring an RN for our CVICU - Critical Care Unit at our Saint Luke's Plaza location.We are seeking a nurse who is a natural leader and will go above and beyond for their peers, patients and patients’ loved ones. This position will give you the opportunity to work with a supportive and solution focused team and leadership. This team builds each other up, celebrates successes, and helps each other learn and work towards continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and mentorship. We are looking for a nurse who always does the right thing and is dedicated to patient centered care.**The Shift:**Nights**Responsibilities:*** In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.* Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.* Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.* This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:1 yearAdvanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)Associate Degree - Nursing# **Job Details**Full TimeNight (United States of America)
