Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $443.43/hour
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You ll Do

• Provide Urology consultations and perform core procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, penile implants (rare), lithotripsy, and orchiopexy.
• Support both clinic and hospital-based Urology services with support staff (4 MAs, 1 CSA, 1 RN).
• Manage adult patients over 18, with occasional pediatric support.
• Participate in surgical procedures, including robotic surgeries, in a facility with 16 operating rooms.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA certification
• Minimum 1 year of Urology experience

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic surgery
• Ability to manage a variety of urological procedures
