Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Computer Hardware & Software

Finnegan's Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, D.C. Office. Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required . Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration number preferred. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s). The base annual pay range for this role is between $310,000 - $390,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
