Flexible Scheduling Options

We offer various shifts designed to fit your unique lifestyle:

• Full-Time PM Shift: $22-$25.00/hour
• 3-Day PM Shift: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
• AM Shift Rotation: Saturday, Sunday, & Thursday

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a CNA at Central Gardens, you are the heartbeat of our facility. You will:

• Provide Essential Care: Deliver high-quality daily nursing support and remain highly responsive to resident call lights.
• Support Clinical Flow: Assist with the seamless management of admissions and discharges, as well as meal service coordination.
• Monitor & Report: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team by monitoring resident health and reporting any status changes to supervisors immediately.
• Build Community: Foster a compassionate environment for residents and a supportive atmosphere for your peers.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess a valid California CNA Certification.
