Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client requires experience with standard SNF documentation and restorative programs. Preferred: experience with mobility assessments, therapeutic exercise programs, and discharge planning. Ability to work a schedule that may include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday rotations, per facility staffing needs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30. Shift Days: Days per schedule; typical rotations include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Assignment Weeks: 13-week contract. Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
