Dondelinger Automotive is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in the Beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining an exceptional dealership experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a tenured Management team in a community with world class golf fishing and all things outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and community partners.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai vehicle lines is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
