What You'll Do

• Provide routine and complex nursing care in the Operating Room
• Administer medications and treatments using established protocols
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed
• Document patient history, procedures, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-op care
• Ensure safety standards and infection control protocols are maintained
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other care team members

What You Need

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• At least 1 year of experience in surgical/OR nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
