**Role Summary:**Fancy's is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to play a vital role in delivering a memorable and personalized dining experience. Servers are responsible for providing knowledgeable, attentive, and polished service in an upscale supper club setting. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar environment, carries themselves with confidence and warmth, and understands that great service is equal parts intuition and execution.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through all phases of their Fancy's experience with confidence and genuine care.
• Communicate Chef's specials, menu updates, and additions clearly and enthusiastically, answering any questions with knowledge and poise.
• Take food and beverage orders with a suggestive selling approach that feels natural, not scripted.
• Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service flow with the full floor team.
• Work alongside support staff to clear and reset tables and keep service stations stocked throughout the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively before issues arise.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.
• Communicate with management and all service staff regarding guest needs, feedback, and any incidents.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and arrive prepared to execute at the level Fancy's is known for.
• Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Texas Food Handler certification required, TABC certification preferred.
• Prior serving experience in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality setting required.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and consistently punctual.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest experience.
