Vaya Health is seeking a Justice Reentry Peer Support Specialist to serve individuals with serious mental illness transitioning from correctional facilities. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma/GED, a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles, and must be certified as a North Carolina Peer Support Specialist.
