This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Job Details: 

• $0.40 per mile
• Detention pay: $22 - $27 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $30 per stop
• Live load/unload: $47 per stop
• Daily rate: $3-$36 per day after one year of service
• Refused delivery: $30 per stop
• Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
• Rail Delay: $22 per hour
• Waiting on power unit: $22 per hour
• Refrigerated load: $30 per load
• Mechanical breakdown: $22 per hour
• Safety training/mandatory meetings: $22 per hour
• Miscellaneous paid time: $20 per hour
• Empty search: $22 per hour
• Yard work: $22 per hour
• Hazmat: $25 per load
• Driver assist: $15 per occurrence
• Driver load/unload: $45 per occurrence
• Empty moves: $20 per move
• Cross-town pay: $15 per move or $20 per hour
• Compliance duties: $22 per hour
• New hire training: $22 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $79,918
• Daily home time
• Majority no touch freight
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
