Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Chasing Your Dreams ABA is currently hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. We are a BCBA-owned company focused on quality care, collaboration, and supporting both our learners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA

• Collect accurate session data

• Use positive reinforcement and behavior intervention strategies

• Assist learners with communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development

• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background checks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
