Assembly Technician

General Production WorkerJoin a growing, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio as a General Production Worker. In this role, you will operate as a general production worker in a manufacturing setting using hand and power tools.ResponsibilitiesInstall, fit, and secure electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and prints to complete assembly work accurately.Measure materials and components precisely using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools.Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including fastening, drilling, and fitting parts as required.Use drills and other power tools safely and effectively in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and quality procedures on the production floor.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical inclination and aptitude for hands-on assembly work.Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for precise measurements.Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the use of hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction or general contracting environments.Experience in carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.Hands-on experience with wiring, cabling, and basic electrical assembly.Prior mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.Why Work Here?You will join a thriving operation with multiple long-term projects and strong business momentum, offering stability and consistent work. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
