Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Additionally, you will engage with the Walmart team across all levels to network, meet our senior leaders and start building your career.


As a Walmart Retail MBA Intern, you will:

• Contribute to business-critical projects that make a meaningful impact
• Support Land O'Lakes Walmart business and will establish a strong working relationship with the broader cross-functional sales team

• Develop a strong understanding of both Land O'Lakes and customers' businesses
• Analyze Retail Link and other data to determine growth opportunities
• Assist in broker management and retail execution
• Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities

This is more than just an internship position-it is the first step in a potential long-term career path. This internship is a pipeline for our Account Manager position after degree completion with the Bentonville team, our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN or another Land O'Lakes location outside of Arden Hills.

Rate of Pay: $36.00/hour

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and current Walton College MBA student required with expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026
• Ability to work a minimum of two days/week in the Bentonville, Arkansas office location (20 - 25 hours total per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ years related full-time professional experience preferred

• Self-motivated with a strong action-oriented bias
• Solid analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into action plan

• Proficiency with MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
