Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become a part of our well-established outpatient clinic, located in Waterloo, Iowa. This role presents a fantastic chance to engage in comprehensive family medicine within a single site, supported by a robust, integrated healthcare system.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative environment with a team of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• 4.5-day workweek promoting an excellent work-life balance
• On-call schedule of 1:4, with nurse triage support; no hospital call required
• Outpatient-only practice; no hospital rounds necessary

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, plus performance incentives
