Job Description

You were born to lead. If you naturally take charge, stay organized, and make sure things get done, this is your opportunity to step into a management role. Domino's is hiring Assistant Managers to help run daily store operations, lead teams, and deliver great customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with real opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee shift operations, including team performance and customer service
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and basic cost controls
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and store organization
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards

Requirements

  • Leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
