Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Critical Care / ICU unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation, intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed based on unit demands
• Participate in an 8-hour non-billable orientation period upon assignment start
• Deliver care in accordance with established critical care protocols and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current Critical Care / ICU experience
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
• Active National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency with ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
