Minimum Qualifications Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure Preferred Qualifications Experience in Post-Acute care preferred Responsibilities: Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.
