We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our elite field team and help us build the infrastructure of our community.Why Join Us?Sign-On Incentive: Start strong with a $500 hire-on bonus (payable after 90 days).Stability & Growth: 40 years of industry leadership with a massive pipeline of local work.Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k) with company match, premium Health/Dental/Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, and Profit Sharing.Strong Culture: We live by our Core Values: Project Excellence, Patience, Perseverance, Integrity, Innovation, Discipline, and Teamwork.Position ResponsibilitiesExpert Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and scrapers.Site Preparation: Clear, level, and prepare job sites; move and distribute earth, gravel, and rock according to project specifications.Technical Precision: Utilize GPS-based machine control systems to ensure grade accuracy and project excellence.Equipment Care: Conduct pre-operation checks, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure fleet reliability and longevity.Safety & Collaboration: Adhere to all safety protocols while collaborating with supervisors and crew members to meet strict timelines and goals.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, hours, and maintenance activities.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Proven track record as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction with proficiency across multiple machine types.Technical Skills: Experience with GPS machine control systems and the ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and operate machinery for extended periods.Compliance: High school diploma, valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or travel out-of-town based on project needs.About Kenny Seng Construction, Inc.With four decades of experience, we are committed to Project Excellence through Integrity, Discipline, and Innovation.
