Clinical Documentation Specialist - Primary Care (In-Person)

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe for a full-time role in a primary care setting. You will support physicians with real-time documentation, learn value-based care workflows, and help close care gaps. This is a paid clinical exposure ideal for pre-med students or those pursuing Health Informatics or Healthcare Administration.
