Practical Nurse (LPN) - Gulfport Nursing Center

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Gulfport Nursing Center, a 118-bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful South Pasadena, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Practical Nurse (LPN) : Provide exceptional care to our residents and contribute to the success of our skilled nursing facility

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Nurse in Florida or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Familiarity working with elderly population

• Proficiency in English

• Maintains First Aid and CPR certification

Additional Information:

• Shifts: 3PM/11PM and 11PM to 7AM positions available
