Mitigation/Restoration Technician

Construction Restoration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Restoration Specialist to join our team. This role involves demolition and restoration work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of construction experience, with demolition expertise required, and restoration experience considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Demolition Work: Safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials.Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and ensuring structural integrity.Restoration Tasks: Assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing.Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper tool handling.Identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.Customer Interaction: Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required.Restoration experience, including structural repairs, is a plus.Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition.Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and enclosed spaces.Certifications: OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus but not required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage ($28/hour, depending on experience).Opportunities for overtime and advancement.Comprehensive training and professional development.Potential for health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits (details to be discussed during the interview).How to Apply: Submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or more information.
