* Cable installation
* Cat5/Cat6 cabling

* Telecom, ISP, or enterprise network experience
Core Responsibilities
* Perform fiber audits and infrastructure validation.
* Test and troubleshoot improperly functioning network installations.
* Verify inventory, connectivity, and network documentation.
* Identify and resolve physical network discrepancies.
* Create audit reports and maintain circuit documentation.
* Partner with engineering and operations teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Cable Technician, Fiber Technician, Network Technician, or Field Technician background.
* Hands-on experience using *OTDRs and Fluke testers*.
* Strong troubleshooting mindset with Layer 1 networking expertise.
* Comfortable validating fiber and copper environments.
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
* Able to work in active data center, telecom, or enterprise network environments.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications**Current Site Locations: The immediate need is in Columbus Ohio for 5-6 months. However, this is subject to change. Location: 1 Community Circle, New Albany, Ohio.*
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule. During site turn-up's, the schedule shifts to 10-hour days, 6 days per week.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
