Seeking a hands-on and strategic Senior IT Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee IT infrastructure, manage internal systems, and ensure a secure and efficient tech environment for a globally distributed team while leading a small team of IT professionals. Key responsibilities Lead and support day-to-day IT operations, ensuring a reliable and high-quality experience for employees Manage and develop a small IT team, providing guidance and hands-on support as needed Drive improvements in IT processes and systems, including compliance and security practices Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT, including leadership or mentoring roles Strong player-coach mindset with hands-on execution experience Experience in high-growth or startup environments Solid understanding of modern IT systems and SaaS-based environments Experience with compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Virtual Vocations Inc
