Anticipated Long-Term SubstitutePosition: Long-Term Substitute Transportation/Health Office NurseBuilding: Hampton Middle School and other schools as neededRequired Qualifications: LPN or RN Required Starts August 18, 2026 to approximately November 10, 2026Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Transportation/Health Office Nurse position's primary responsibility is to monitor medically complex students' health and medical needs during transportation to and from school. Additionally, the position encompasses those employees who work directly with students in the Health Office setting, providing health support to students throughout the school day under the supervision of the Certified School Nurse and Administration in all five buildings. This includes maintaining pertinent health and emergency information and ensuring proper documentation and care coordination between transportation and school-based health services.Hourly RateHourly rate is $32.14.Application ProcessPlease note that all current contract employees must complete or update an application through the District website's "AppliTrack" program.
