This process-oriented individual will work on client projects to shape objectives, and ensure on-time delivery of business and technology projects. Key to his/her success is having a strong understanding of business, technology and operations within a complex global organization. Candidates should have a track record of success working for a top-rated consulting firm and Wall Street. We are specifically looking for individuals who can leverage the structure they have gained from their consulting experience, but understand the realities of implementing changes within a Wall Street culture. Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years total work experience ideally from an analytically intensive role (i.e. finance, banking, consulting). Demonstrable analytical proficiency; ability to process large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information; ability to draw creative insights based on independent analysis. A good understanding of the technical and management issues involved in making technology work within the business environment. A successful track record on project assignments gained within leading global Financial Services organizations. Extremely motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proven interpersonal skills. Team player with a very strong sense of integrity and who works well in stressful situations (infrequent but unavoidable). Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity. Track record of excellent, trusting relationships built quickly and sustained over time. Track record of effective leadership and change management. Proven examples of thought leadership, demonstrating credibility, stature and expertise with clients and prospects. Location This role will be based in New York City.
