Entry-Level Plasterer Position

We are currently hiring for an entry-level Plasterer to join our team in Washington. As a Plasterer you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios Apply plaster evenly using hand or power tools Smooth and shape plaster using trowels, brushes or sandpaper Repair and patch any damaged areas of existing plaster Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards Requirements Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently Physically fit and able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed Salary This position offers a starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
