Join Our Team as an Installation Technician! Travel is required.
Revels Contracting, a leader in medical imaging equipment installation, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our growing team in the greater Washington, DC area . In this role, you’ll travel to various client locations, ensuring the successful installation and deinstallation of state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment.
This full-time position requires 100% travel , utilizing both air and company vehicles, and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and de-install a variety of medical imaging equipment at client locations.
- Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process.
- Work closely with project managers and team members to meet installation timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in installation, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred (medical equipment experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to travel 100% of the time , typically away from home for 1-3 weeks at a time.
- Must reside in the greater Washington, DC area and live within 1 hour of a major airport .
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- You may have held one of these positions in the past: Installation Technician, Field Technician, Equipment Installer, Service Technician, Technical Installer, Traveling Technician, Maintenance Technician
