Dynamic General Installer — Fast-Paced Construction

BDA – Sales Business Development Associates are responsible for day to day marketing and prospecting. The BDA is the primary contact for all interactions during the sales process. This includes discovery/evaluations, job costing, proposal preparation, and follow ups. The ultimate objective for this role is to effectively deliver signed contracts within the scope of services we provide. Possessing the skillset to effectively prospect and service clients, in a highly professional manner, is imperative. Compensation is determined by experience. General Installer General Installer Quality and safety is Job #1 for our General Installers. Being able to lift 50 lbs and work at a fast pace is imperative. Must be self-motivated, organized and possess a commitment to excellence. We train all new team members with our specific methods. Prior general construction or single ply commercial roofing experience is a plus but not required. Compensation is determined by experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Source Construction
