Position Overview A safety-focused Backhaul Driver responsible for supporting wholesale food distribution by operating tractor-trailers for scheduled pickups and returns. Key Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers to complete backhaul pickups from suppliers and partners. Secure, document, and ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards. Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow DOT and company regulations, maintaining accurate logs. Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams. Qualifications & Skills Strong safety focus and knowledge of DOT regulations. Experience in operating commercial vehicles and performing vehicle inspections.
