Production Supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The VSTL role is an entry-level production supervisor position on the second shift (4 PM to midnight). The facility is large, with multiple value streams including hose assembly, harness, plastics extrusion, and warehouse operations. The role involves managing production lines and warehouse functions, with some turnover and training responsibilities. Candidates can be fresh graduates with leadership or coaching experience, such as mentoring in college.
