Automotive Service Manager

Automotive Service Manager We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a busy franchise dealership service operation in Jackson, Tennessee. This is NOT an entry-level management position. Minimum FIVE (5) YEARS of successful automotive service management experience in a FRANCHISE NEW-CAR DEALERSHIP. This requirement is non-negotiable. Are you a manager — or are you a leader? There is a difference. A manager watches the numbers. A leader drives them. You understand the entire machine: Appointment → Write-Up → Dispatch → Diagnosis → Authorization → Parts → Production → QC → Delivery. You know what's in your shop, why it's there, what it's waiting on, who's responsible for the next step — and you make things move. You understand technician productivity, efficiency, dispatch, shop capacity, HPRO, ELR, gross profit, CSI, customer retention and repair-order cycle time.
