PART TIME La Crosse, WI, US Salary Range: $11.00 To $11.00 Hourly Reports To: Bar Manager / General Manager Position Summary Crafts drinks, serves guests at the bar, manages bar inventory and cleanliness, and delivers a consistently great guest experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and quality standards. Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to bar guests; check IDs and serve responsibly. Operate the POS, accept payments, and reconcile cash and tickets. Stock, organize, and clean the bar throughout the shift. Comply with all alcohol service laws, brand standards, and house policies. Support servers with drink orders and assist barbacks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume tavern, bar, or restaurant preferred. Active ServSafe certification (current and valid). Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine. Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol. Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and be on their feet for 8 hours or more per shift.
