Associate Manager
Location: Lynnfield, MA — Lilly Pulitzer Store | Type: Full time, non-exempt (hourly) | Pay: $20.50–$23.50/hour
The Associate Manager helps run the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding store assets, while owning a specific division of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed daily sales goals using KPI metrics and company training tools.
Deliver an exceptional client experience and uphold the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and brand.
Resolve client issues, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
Lead an assigned division of responsibility and communicate company initiatives to the team.
Coach associates with clear, actionable feedback and support team selling.
Maintain accurate cash handling and uphold visual and operational standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
Strong supervisory, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology (XStore/Tulip a plus).
Able to stand and move throughout shifts and lift up to 20 pounds.
Average 40-hour work week; may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for overtime and standard company benefits. Lilly Pulitzer is an equal opportunity employer.
