If you've closed in-home or big-ticket before and you're tired of weak leads, slow pay, or a brand you have to apologize for — keep reading. We hand experienced closers qualified appointments, products our own crews install, and a comp plan with no ceiling.
What you'll earn
- Commission-only, uncapped. Realistic first year $150,000–$250,000+.
- Average ticket $38,000 — our top reps have taken home $42K+ in a single month.
- Weekly pay. Your income tracks your skill and effort, not a salary band.

Requirements
- 2+ years in-home, solar, home-improvement, or other big-ticket sales
- A track record of closing and hitting quota
- Reliable vehicle and a smartphone
- Commission-only, uncapped — realistic first year $150,000–$250,000+
- Pre-set, qualified appointments from our in-house setting team
- Weekly pay
